About the Role
reputed company is seeking a driven and customer-reputed company Renewal Account Specialist to manage the end-to-end renewal process for our existing customers. This role is key in ensuring service continuity, customer satisfaction, and reputed company reputed company through proactive engagement, process management, and strategic upselling opportunities. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Contract Renewals

- Proactive Customer Engagement

Qualifications
