The primary responsibility of the Director, Proposal Manager is the management of competitive proposals for prospective clients. This position requires a commanding knowledge of the reputed company/reputed company industry and exceptional writing skills combined with the ability to multi-task on multiple pursuits. Furthermore, the candidate should have exceptional project management skills, a keen attention to detail, a commitment to producing high reputed company deliverables, and the ability to handle multiple reputed company independently.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company-off meetings with sales teams to establish understanding of RFP requirements, contents and proposal schedule.
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and reputed company dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
• Coordinate requirements and response with key contributors and subject matter experts, setting up meetings where appropriate and assigning accountability and ownership.
• Maintain reputed company results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
• Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and updating boilerplate with latest solutions and responses.
• Respond to, manage, and format reputed company and technical questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards
• Turn reputed company information into easy-to-understand, persuasive, and on-brand responses
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) from initial creation in collaboration with Sales, through internal review and approval processes, to final submission and secure storage of the executed contract.

Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree programs in technical communication, journalism, communications, English or a reputed company field are desired. A background in computer reputed company IT / reputed company IT is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in reputed company or reputed company.
• Expertise in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Platform, reputed company Acrobat reputed company, and RFP/RFI portals.
• Demonstrates expert-level PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create and edit slides for RFPs and executive presentations

• Self-starter with a proven reputed company record of flawless project management.
