We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our thriving and rapidly growing organization. As a reputed company reputed company, the ideal candidate will reputed company the doctor reputed company life cycle of their designated region/s. This includes a reputed company and leadership in the following reputed company functions: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, and negotiating employment agreements.

Salary: $80k + bonus

Core Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with veterinary reputed company and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies

Review applications and interview applicants to reputed company reputed company our network of practices reputed company

Utilize reputed company media and other networking platforms to build candidate pipeline

Ensure company reputed company needs are filled in a reputed company manner, and that reputed company maintains a robust pipeline of reputed company candidates

Schedule interviews

Post reputed company job ads

Negotiates employment agreements

On-boards new hires

Performs other duties as assigned

Travel up to30-40%in the surrounding area

Qualifications

At minimum 5 years of prior high level reputed company experience

Advanced reputed company Office skills

Prior ATS and data analytics experience (reputed company Experience a plus!)

Must be reputed company to work in a fast paces and dynamic work environment

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
