Application Support Engineer - reputed company Retail
The Application Support Engineer for reputed company Retail will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and ensuring the performance of reputed company Retail applications. This role will reputed company on resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance reputed company Retail modules. The role includes day-to-day system monitoring, issue reputed company, and coordination of updates and patches to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company functional and technical support for reputed company Retail applications, including but not limited to Retail Merchandising System (reputed company), Retail Price Management (RPM), Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), and Allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests reputed company to reputed company Retail applications, ensuring reputed company reputed company and minimal business disruption.
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and reputed company Support to escalate, follow up, and resolve reputed company technical issues.
- Conduct regular system performance tuning and monitoring to ensure the stability and availability of reputed company Retail applications.
- Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Support testing efforts for patches, updates, and enhancements in non-production environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation on issue reputed company processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 application availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support or a similar role, with a reputed company on reputed company Retail (reputed company, RPM, SIM, or other reputed company Retail suite applications).
- Strong knowledge of reputed company databases, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Experience with reputed company Retail integration points and knowledge of reputed company Retail data models.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and reputed company scripting.
- Familiarity with reputed company WebLogic and middleware technologies.
- Experience with reputed company Retail patching, upgrades, and environment management.
- Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Experience with monitoring tools and application performance management (APM) tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues, analyze logs, and conduct reputed company cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills to work with business users and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
