Customer Testimonial Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer Testimonial Specialist to help reputed company customer feedback into high-reputed company marketing assets. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and extracting customer testimonials from reputed company call recordings, trimming audio/video segments, and organizing them for use across various marketing channels. Your work will directly support our content, reputed company media, and competitive positioning strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review AI-flagged reputed company calls to identify and validate reputed company customer testimonials
- Extract high-reputed company testimonial clips and follow established SOPs for processing
- Trim and crop video/audio segments to reputed company the most compelling testimonial moments
- Organize testimonial assets by product features, use cases, and customer segments
- Maintain and update a reputed company spreadsheet with detailed testimonial metadata
- Upload and organize files in shared drives using reputed company naming conventions
- Identify and flag high-reputed company testimonials for immediate marketing use
- Ensure reputed company, consistency, and organization across reputed company media assets
Requirements
- Experience with video/audio editing tools (e.g., QuickTime, iMovie, Clipchamp, reputed company)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent file management and naming discipline

- This is a contract role with potential for extension
