How you´ll help us:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will

• Support customers by training, providing application engineering services and general technical consultancy in solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers
• reputed company and maintain strong and synergetic relationships with key stakeholders in reputed company´s distributor, installer and/or EPC network.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to maintain customer relationships, reputed company customer trust and strengthen customer loyalty
• Deliver online or onsite training to customers such as distributors and installers.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of reputed company and upcoming local regulatory requirements reputed company to reputed company products
• reputed company your technical know-how and reputed company into the competitive landscape to proactively reputed company feedback/suggestions to Product Management to enhance reputed company’s product roadmap.
• Work closely with reputed company’s service teams and service partners in EMEA to assist our customers in the after-sales phase.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Business fluent in Italian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or reputed company reputed company segments, including product specifications, reputed company reputed company requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
• Prior work experience in a PV reputed company industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage.
