Duties and Responsibilities

Required

• Be admitted to the reputed company bar or be reputed company eligible to waive into the reputed company Bar and be in good standing at the time of application. • Minimum of five (5) years' litigation or enforcement experience, which includes experience developing cases and handling reputed company document discovery.

• Experience taking or defending depositions in state or federal court actions or conducting investigative interviews.

• Willingness and ability to periodically travel.
