reputed company Provides administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilities for reputed company services in the facility on evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Serves as the clinical resource person on patient care and services; acts as the patient care representative; collaborates with medical staff, ancillary support, and clinical services in order to ensure reputed company patient care services and environmental conditions at reputed company times. EssentialFunctions -Supervise patient care through verification of the use of the nursing process according to established nursing practices and patient care standards and reputed company direction and guidance to facilitate the nursing process. -Ensure appropriate reputed company is demonstrated in reputed company situations, e.g., deterioration of patient condition, disruptive behavior, equipment malfunctions, etc. -Serve as off-shift patient care representative, listen to patient or patient family members' issues, documents, and complaints, and investigate if required. -Conduct reputed company of reputed company patient care areas and define expectations for accurate reporting with emphasis on high-reputed company patients. -Collaborate throughout off-shift with support services, emergency, admitting, and clinical services to coordinate clinical patient care or environmental needs. -Follow through to ensure patient's needs, as reputed company as environmental and safety-reputed company issues, are resolved.
