Responsibilities

- Ensure partners are consistently trained on new features, GTM motions, and use cases reputed company and maintain enablement infrastructure (LMS, CMS, portals) to support partner scalability

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in enablement, channel programs, or partner-facing roles in a B2B reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, GSIs, MSPs, etc.) and the partner reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of building and scaling enablement programs for both sales and technical partner personas
- Comfortable working across functions to reputed company messaging, drive execution, and deliver results
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and content development skills
- Experience with enablement and training platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, PRM portals)
