About the role:
We are looking for an reputed company business development executive to join our large reputed company reputed company (over 5,000 lives). You’ll contribute to Garner’s sales and reputed company functions, including managing partnerships and reputed company day-to-day sales activities.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Build out Garner’s large reputed company channel by way of reputed company to employer, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers (as needed)
- Own the reputed company sales cycles and reputed company sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management

- Support the development of new, strategic, broker relationships and influence the buying decision

What you will bring to reputed company:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a reputed company on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) reputed company brokers, consultants, and insurers
- Existing relationships reputed company the broker, consultant and insurance communities
- Minimum of 3+ years experience selling large reputed company clients
- A data literacy with the ability to turn reputed company, disparate datasets into insights that drive actions
- Proven experience with developing processes (sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation, etc), and executing on sales strategies to promote long term reputed company
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with reputed company reputed company
- 2+ years of work experience at a venture backed, early stage company

Compensation Transparency:
The reputed company reputed company salary reputed company for this position is: $150,000 - $190,000 annually. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
