Responsibilities
Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using reputed company-based software.
Communicate comprehensive information to reputed company, including details about our products and policies.
Compete individually while maintaining a reputed company team spirit.
Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications
4+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
2+ years of experience working remotely
