Workplace Services Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and Manage Laptops and Workstations:
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations for end-users.
- reputed company hardware and software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure reputed company devices are up-to-date with the latest reputed company patches and software updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software as needed.
End-User Support:
- reputed company first-level support for end-user IT issues, including connectivity, software, and hardware problems.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a reputed company manner, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
- Escalate reputed company issues to senior technicians or relevant IT teams reputed company necessary.
Asset Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
- Assist in the tracking and management of IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.

Collaboration and Communication:
