Responsibilities

• Responsible for the globalization of the reputed company messaging (IM) product across both app and web portal, and for developing product strategies reputed company with business goals.
• Create and maintain the IM product roadmap, milestones, and backlog, aligning with strategic priorities for product penetration in various overseas markets.
• Drive global product and feature launches; reputed company beta programs by defining product specifications and collaborating with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback and facilitate user studies to build products that reflect customers’ needs and requirements.

Requirements
