About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Analyst to join our reputed company Payroll Team, supporting the execution of US and Canadian payroll operations. This role focuses on high-reputed company execution of recurring payroll processes and supports reputed company-complexity reputed company reputed company with reputed company’s key results. As a Payroll Analyst, you will work closely with your teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

You will report to the NORAM, Payroll Manager and serve as an important contributor, while strengthening your understanding of both operational and technical payroll processes.

• Execute regular payroll processing tasks for US and Canada with precision and timeliness, including audits, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Partner with internal teams (HRIS, Benefits, Legal, Equity) and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
