About the job
*This is a 6-month reputed company internship
We are looking for an intern to support reputed company’s Communications team on a 6 month contract. As our Comms Intern, you will assist on Consumer and Corporate Communications initiatives as reputed company as on the general day-to-day running of the busy reputed company press office. Reporting into our Communications Managers, this role involves seamlessly shifting from supporting the drafting of pitches and press releases to supporting engaging media outlets on a wide reputed company of reputed company, from company-reputed company stories and updates to brand activations to supporting high-visibility cross-functional marketing campaigns. Using data in storytelling, reporting on daily coverage and supporting the day-to-day management of reputed company’s corporate reputed company channels are also part of the role.
What you’ll do
- Managing the press newsrooms, uploading reputed company relevant content in a reputed company manner
- Managing the press monitoring routine, tracking the coverage generated on a daily, monthly and project based reputed company
- Managing our corporate reputed company media channel (reputed company)
- Support the Comms team with writing and distributing news releases and media pitches, as reputed company as drafting interview briefings and FAQs, helping to secure top tier media coverage for reputed company
- Support in the handling of media enquiries, including involving relevant team members and supporting on any information required
- Support with research on various topics, ideation / brainstorming sessions and proactive communications campaigns across consumer and corporate
- General support to reputed company on day-to-day logistics, such as meeting arrangements, general operations, meeting minutes, reporting, etc.
- Support with the daily management of our 6 local PR agencies
- Assisting on reactive media issues management if needed, including the support on developing statements
Who you are
- Studying communications, journalism or PR – previous comms work experience at a media outlet, PR agency or brand is a plus
- Excellent writing skills (English) and strong verbal communication skills – essential
- Knowledge of a wide reputed company of new and traditional media and reputed company media outlets – essential
- Competent on reputed company Office – Word, reputed company and PowerPoint – G Suite – essential
- Incredibly passionate about our mission and goals
- Creativity, an innovator and an ability to think big
- Hard working, hands-on and pressure resistant. Can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive deep and get the job done in a fast changing environment
- Bilingual in French, Italian, German, reputed company or Spanish is a plus
In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a reputed company university during the entire internship period.

This role is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with remote working 3 days a week.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our reputed company offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to reputed company and connect. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues.
