We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team.

Please note: The schedule for this role will be: 9:00am/10am to 5:30pm/6:30pm PST and will include weekend shifts.

RequirementsWhat you will do
- Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.
- Respond to inquiries ensuring reputed company guest needs are identified and reputed company are proactively suggested
- Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems
- Promote seasonal packages and reputed company promotions to our guests
- Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department
To be successful as a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will need
- Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
- Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.
- Sales reputed company with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.
- Desire to learn and grown reputed company the hotel and/or tourism industry.
- Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality
