Position reputed company: Our Tele-Health opportunity provides service to patients, caregivers, reputed company providers and their staff in support of prescription and specialty drugs through inbound and outbound telephonic interactions relative to program and regulatory requirements inclusive of the coordination of services such as: testing, monitoring, and counseling follow up. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company telephonic and electronic service and support of stakeholders, utilizing experience in Behavior Modification and Motivational Interviewing to help reputed company and sustain medication adherence through telephonic reputed company.
• Coordinate the collection of patient specific clinical data required to support adherence to regulatory program requirements and therapy protocols
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with regulatory and specific service line and program requirements
• Utilize clinical knowledge and defined processes to identify stakeholder needs, risks and safety concerns, ensuring reputed company escalation and reporting
• Follow up with physicians and patients for purpose of compliance and persistency in reference to program protocols

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Education/Training:

• Vocational or technical training is required.

Business Experience:

• Two or more years of experience working for a reputed company company, a physician’s office or in a laboratory environment.

Knowledge Skills
