- 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting software reputed company initiatives
- reputed company-wide software/application implementation experience (as a BA)
- Requirements gathering, user story creation and documentation experience
- Experience with task tracking and reporting using Azure DevOps (or Jira)
- Experience in reputed company and agile environments, working with IT application development teams
- Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors
- Experience in a hybrid agile/reputed company software development environment
- Tools experience: Azure DevOps (or similar) and MS Visio (or similar)
- Analytical reputed company, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- GIS and/or state government experience preferred
