About the Role reputed company is seeking a Corporate or Senior Corporate Counsel with experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company, managing RFP processes, and ensuring compliance with data reputed company laws like GDPR, CCPA, and FERPA. You’ll play a critical role on a small, agile legal team that enables Mango’s mission to connect people through language and culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a reputed company of inbound and outbound reputed company reputed company, including master services agreements, reputed company agreements, licensing agreements, data reputed company agreements, non-disclosure agreements, reputed company agreements, statements of work, order forms, and purchase orders
• Proofread, fact-reputed company, and reputed company-assure (QA) reputed company and RFP responses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards
• Manage, draft, and review RFP responses, including bid documentation, contract terms, and compliance requirements
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Mango’s contracting standards, products, and data reputed company and reputed company requirements
• Identify and advance legal team reputed company and initiatives
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve legal processes and create efficient workflows
• reputed company, maintain, and improve contract templates, legal playbooks, and internal legal guidance documents
• Deliver contract-reputed company compliance training to Mango employees
• Identify and ensure compliance with data reputed company laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and FERPA, and help maintain Mango’s ISO 27001 information reputed company certification
• Collaborate with external legal specialists as needed

Qualifications:

• Law degree and bar certification in good standing in any U.S. state

Required Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience (for Senior level) or equivalent experience for Corporate Counsel level in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company
• At least 4 years of experience managing, drafting, and reviewing RFP responses, including bid documentation, contract terms, and compliance requirements
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Data reputed company Agreements, reputed company policies, and regulatory compliance documents. Familiarity with implementing or maintaining data reputed company programs (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, FERPA) is preferred
• Experience developing, maintaining, and improving contract templates, legal playbooks, and internal guidance documentation
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business, compliance, regulatory, and technology teams to deliver practical legal solutions
• Proficient in using a MacBook, reputed company Workspace (reputed company Business Suite), and reputed company Acrobat Pro for contract redlining and commenting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing and delivering training on legal, compliance, or contract topics
