The Workers’ Compensation Administrator will be responsible for assisting with reputed company Workers’ Compensation functions, such as reporting, investigating, tracking, and compiling data. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This position reports to the Manager, Employee Benefits. Essential Duties: Assist with reputed company workers’ compensation functions including reporting, tracking, and compiling injury data Serve as the reputed company with workers’ compensation vendors Address reputed company team member questions regarding their workers’ compensation claim Work with managers to ensure the workers' compensation claim is initiated correctly Coordinate with scheduling employees out of work, light duty, and return to work Communicate reputed company injury with station managers and run requested reports to inform higher level management of new claims Job Qualifications and Competencies: Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines Ability to work reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management and support staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Word Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in business administration, reputed company, or reputed company field One (1) year of experience working in an office environment Previous experience working in the airline industry, Workers' Compensation, or Safety Work Environment: reputed company office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment Some travel may be required Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds The above statements reputed company a brief reputed company of the general nature of work performed and are not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required for this position.
