Online Customer Service Trainee - Spanish Speaking

We’re growing fast and want you to be a part of it! We’re looking for a self-motivated, flexible Customer Service Representative (CSR), Spanish Speaking to join reputed company. As a CSR your primary responsibility will be providing a world-class customer experience while handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies. This is a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty license (we pay for your time and materials to obtain and maintain your license)
• reputed company excellent customer service through phone, email, or other customer contact reputed company
• Thoroughly and accurately document reputed company customer accounts immediately following any reputed company on an account
• Effectively use job tools and job aids to resolve customers inquiries
• Assist with reputed company certificate requests and manage email inboxes
• Effectively manage tasks, ensuring reputed company service is being provided where needed
• Work toward proficiency in reputed company of our online programs, continuously building insurance knowledge
• Create Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for online clients
• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ customer service experience
• Proficient in Office Suite
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to reputed company and prioritize multiple tasks with ease
• Self-starter and reputed company to take initiative
• Accurate and detail-oriented
