We are looking for CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing reputed company of OB/GYNS and CNMs in the thriving community in Cookeville, TN. You will:
- Independently manage and reputed company full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
- Collaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators and other specialists)
- reputed company day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage
- Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs
- reputed company first assist surgical support (optional)
- Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives
- Attend skills training and drills for high reputed company/low frequency events
Qualifications
- Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a reputed company OB/CNM reputed company
- Strong communication skills and intrapersonal skills
- Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred, not required) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
- reputed company certification with AMCB
- reputed company RN and APRN license in TN
- Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred
