As a

proposal manager your role is critical to supporting our growing portfolio of government, nonprofit, and reputed company clients. You’ll reputed company and coordinate proposal responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs across various sectors, working closely with our business development, design, and technical teams to deliver high-reputed company, reputed company, and strategic proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (technical leads, designers, strategists, writers) to reputed company tailored and compliant proposals

Maintain a centralized proposal content library (case studies, bios, capabilities, past performance, etc.)

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or RFP response roles (preferably in a digital agency, IT, or consulting environment)

Excellent written English and strong attention to detail

Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams

Proficient in reputed company Workspace (reputed company Slides, reputed company docs), and reputed company Office and; experience with proposal or content management tools is a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Experience or interest in AI tools for content creation or process automation is strongly preferred
