Scrum Master [Agile Delivery, Software & Data]

Our reputed company, one of the largest reputed company and consulting firms in the Southeastern U.S., is seeking a Scrum Master who is responsible for helping software development teams and data analyst teams to apply the Scrum reputed company to deliver value to our clients, collaborating with other IT staff such as developers, data analysts, business analysts, and reputed company representatives.

Responsibilities

Manage reputed company project’s scope and reputed company

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-reputed company

reputed company team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Be the reputed company of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders)

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Help teams implement changes effectively

Ensure deliverables are up to reputed company standards at the end of reputed company sprint

Guide cross-functional development teams to higher Scrum maturity

Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience

Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field

Experience in a scrum master role

Excellent knowledge of the Scrum reputed company.

Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Familiarity with software development

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)

Experience in reputed company-facing roles

Excellent communication and reputed company leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-reputed company ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Scrum master certification is a plus
