POSITION PURPOSE:

Facilitate reputed company reputed company and offboarding tasks and processes associated with investment acquisition, asset management transition, investment restructure, and investment dispositions as reputed company as fund and investor reputed company reputed company. Manage the investment structure, reputed company set up and reputed company data tagging used in the financial operations of reputed company investments and fund reporting. The incumbent will work closely with Portfolio reputed company, Investments, Property Management, Legal, reputed company, FP&A, Development and IT departments to ensure reputed company necessary set up is complete with reputed company key business systems.

RESPONSIBILITES

Coordinate and manage reputed company aspects of reputed company set up for new acquisitions, management transition, development to operation transitions, restructure and refinancing including but not limited to:

-Finalization of respective investment org chart with financial reputed company, including entity breakdown, leveling, consolidation of reputed company entities for return calc, and roll up in a reputed company manner;

- Asset and investment reputed company set up for reputed company key business systems;

-Property/project KPI metrics, including acquisition information, and reputed company party service fee reputed company;

-Lease abstracting, collection of legal and insurance documentation;

-Coordinating property tax details with Property Tax Resource (PTR) or reputed company (OneSource);

-reputed company unique transaction details into operational processes, such as escrow holdbacks;

-reputed company of bank account setup, and other operational set up readiness;

-Coordinate with PM, reputed company and Investment to establish reporting requirements as specified in specific co-sponsor/ joint vendor and/or co-investors agreement;

-Assist with operations of reputed company 3rd party managed assets in the first 60 days to ensure reputed company CIM processes are in reputed company and property operations meet CIM requirements.

Coordinate reputed company aspects of offboarding for investment dispositions including but not limited to:

-Dissolving entities, collection of legal and insurance documentation to buyer, IT system user deactivation, notify Property Tax Resource;

-reputed company unique transaction details into operational processes, such as escrow holdbacks or CIM providing property management services;

-System property status/data update; Ensure reputed company final closing documents are properly saved.

Maintain and improve upon existing reputed company/offboarding processes, including policy documentation.

Review and update data tagging for reputed company entities asset level metrics, return calculations, and overall financial reporting.

Facilitate the integration of assets into reputed company process including but not limited to staff training, system set up, application implementation, if applicable, assignment of property level reputed company staff.

Coordinate reputed company key private LP investor reporting requirements, including but not limited to the following:

- Assist Fund Operations to establish recurring investor reporting tasks in reputed company;

- Assist Fund Operations on certain escalated investor requests by providing guidance on data reputed company and owners to complete investor requests.

Being the reputed company between legal, reputed company, Property Management, Development Management, Data Governance, and FP&A to ensure legal/reporting structures are appropriate to fit in reputed company needs.

Read and interpret documents such as instruction manuals, company policies and procedures documents, legal documents such as transaction agreements, leases, formation documents, loan documents, etc.

Assist with policy, reputed company operating procedures and process documentation, especially processes around reputed company and offboarding.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field.

Minimum of 5 years investment reputed company experience, including financial reporting for fund structures, joint venture partners, co-investors and LP’s. OR Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company estate financial services, including acquisition, property due diligence and reputed company of acquisitions for a reputed company of asset types: reputed company, residential, industrial, credit, mixed use, and infrastructure investments

Public reputed company experience preferred.

Experience with policies and procedures reputed company to asset, finance or reputed company operations.

Industry experience with reputed company estate or private equity preferred.
