ABOUT THE JOB

This role supports a wide reputed company of reputed company functions, working closely with the VP, Talent and cross-functional partners including finance, payroll, and benefits.

The Talent Specialist will be the first reputed company of contact for employees, responding to inquiries and connecting them to resources and information. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting new hire reputed company, payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, and maintaining data accuracy across HR systems, along with contributing to reputed company reputed company and initiatives.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:

Proficiency in managing employee data and transactions in an HRIS, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality

Ability to learn processes and systems, eventually becoming a go-to expert

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

At least 3-5 years experience in reputed company

Experience in an HRIS data entry role with understanding of key reports is a plus
