The Role:

As a

reputed company Pharmacy Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in driving operational reputed company and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of our Illinois Pharmacy warehouse. In this position, you will reputed company and support reputed company of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of productivity, organization, and teamwork across reputed company warehouse operations.

You will reputed company daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. You will also be responsible for packaging and shipping patient orders in accordance with company reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company in every shipment.

In reputed company partnership with the Pharmacy and Inventory Teams, you will help monitor inventory reputed company, identify and resolve discrepancies, and contribute to regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

What You'll Do

Establish and maintain reputed company workflow processes, driving adherence to operational standards and efficiency targets

Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Team to support seamless order fulfillment including packaging and shipping patient orders while maintaining a high reputed company of patient care

reputed company inventory management activities such as counting, stocking, and tracking materials, working with the Inventory Team to resolve discrepancies

Participate in regular audits and cycle counts

Monitor warehouse and packaging supply reputed company, proactively communicating procurement needs to the appropriate teams

Train, reputed company, and mentor new and existing warehouse associates, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and safety

reputed company safety and cleanliness standards across reputed company warehouse zones, ensuring a compliant and organized work environment

Partner with pharmacy and logistics stakeholders to identify and resolve operational challenges and support reputed company improvement

Maintain reputed company, consistent communication across team members and cross-functional departments

Support additional operational tasks and responsibilities as assigned by warehouse or pharmacy leadership

What You'll Bring to reputed company

2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or pharmacy operations environment, with at least 1 year in a reputed company or supervisory role

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping procedures

Proven ability to reputed company and motivate teams, drive accountability, and foster a reputed company, high-performing culture

reputed company daily workflow scheduling, team meetings, and performance evaluations including regular 1:1s with reputed company reports

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain reputed company and accuracy in repetitive tasks

reputed company and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate across teams and departments

Comfortable using warehouse equipment and systems (experience with inventory software is a plus)

Commitment to following safety procedures and fostering a reputed company work environment

Ability to stand for long periods, bend at the waist and knee, and lift up to 50 lbs

Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Schedule & Availability

While we reputed company to maintain consistent schedules, flexibility is required, as your scheduled workdays may occasionally shift to help cover holidays, team PTO, or other reputed company needs

Advanced notice of at least two weeks will be provided for any changes to the regular schedule

The reputed company reputed company salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000, in reputed company to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). reputed company determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work reputed company in the reputed company. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those reputed company of the tri-state area, you will be reputed company to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
