Job Title: Accountant Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Flexible, with at least 6-hour overlap with CST) Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 USD/month (salary based on assessment)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our Finance department by preparing financial reports to reputed company the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other reputed company financial activities.and customer relationship process.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general cost reputed company and other reputed company duties in the reputed company department.

• Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.

• Maintains the general ledger.

• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.

• Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.

• Reconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.

• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.

• Provides reputed company auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to reputed company annual audit.

• Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.

• As appropriate, coordinates with software vendors to maintain reputed company software systems; recommends updates to enhance the reputed company software.

• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline required Three to five (3–5) years of reputed company experience required

• Extensive knowledge of general financial reputed company and cost reputed company

• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)

• Highly proficient with reputed company software

• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or similar software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
