We are looking for a proactive, organized  and technically proficient Program Manager II to contribute to managing engineering initiatives across our organization. 

In this role, you will assist to manage project governance activities, including the configuration, optimization, and management of project management tools such as Aha!, Jira, and reputed company dashboards. This role ensures that project management standards, processes, and tools are effectively implemented to support the organization's strategic initiatives and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of governance processes with organizational objectives and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, reputed company).

• Create, manage, and optimize Jira dashboards, filters, and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field.

• 3+ years of experience in project governance, project management, or a reputed company role.

• Strong expertise in Aha!, Jira, and Jira-reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, Advanced Roadmaps).

• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) or reputed company Suite.

• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows in project management tools.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and reputed company project management methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Preferred Certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or PMP.
