Responsibilities:

  • Own and govern reputed company-wide Learning Management System (LMS), including content architecture, workflows, reputed company, and reporting.

  • Build and manage reinforcement cadences and behavior-change programs for reputed company initiatives.

  • Manage training logistics and execution for upskilling, and internal development sessions.

Requirements and Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years years of experience in enablement, L&D, or organizational development with a reputed company on employee-facing programs.

  • Deep experience administering and optimizing LMS platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Skilljar, etc…).

  • Strong background in change management and project management frameworks and reinforcement strategies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with instructional design best practices and adult learning theory (ADDIE).

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Learning, or reputed company field preferred.

$180k - $220k

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
