Minimum of 7 years years of experience in enablement, L&D, or organizational development with a reputed company on employee-facing programs.
Deep experience administering and optimizing LMS platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Skilljar, etc…).

Strong background in change management and project management frameworks and reinforcement strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with instructional design best practices and adult learning theory (ADDIE).
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Learning, or reputed company field preferred.
$180k - $220k

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
