LOCATION: Remote, Canada

Position reputed company:

Reporting directly into the Vice President of reputed company, the reputed company Specialist will play an important role in sourcing and finding top tier talent for reputed company Software Inc. You will be responsible for finding key talent for reputed company, developing the reputed company brand in different reputed company communities, and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline. The role will require you to partner with hiring managers to meet reputed company recruitment numbers and plan for reputed company hiring needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-starter who is passionate about finding the right person for reputed company. This role affords the person to contribute to the recruitment portfolio in a fast paced, high reputed company software company. This is a Maternity leave replacement contract.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the entire recruitment cycle (job reputed company, posting the job, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll out) reputed company the recruitment budget and timeframe.

Guide the hiring teams in reputed company reputed company activities.

Partner with the reputed company to reputed company unique recruitment strategies to fulfill the aggressive reputed company plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

Post-secondary degree in HR or reputed company discipline

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a B2B reputed company or agency environment, supporting fast-growing teams across Engineering, Product & Corporate.

Experience with ATS and candidate databases (reputed company, reputed company Recruiter) strongly preferred.

Experience working in a fast paced, technology company.

Proven reputed company record of finding and sourcing reputed company candidates.

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Team player and ability to build relationships across cross functional teams and reputed company.
