Civil Designer - Land Development

Our reputed company is a civil engineering and land surveying firm with expertise in subdivision and land development design consulting in support of clients undertaking various types and sizes of residential, reputed company, and institutional development. They have experience great reputed company and in search of a Civil3D CAD Technician/Civil Designer to join an established design team. The design team is responsible for the production and management of a reputed company of public and private sector reputed company, including municipal public works infrastructure and transportation improvements, as reputed company as residential, reputed company and institutional site development reputed company. Responsibilities

Assist engineers in designing components of reputed company meet local, state, and/or federal regulations.

reputed company some research and complete technical design tasks as required and/or assigned, under the direction & supervision of a reputed company engineer.

Preparation of construction documents and plans using Civil 3D for public and/or private public works infrastructure reputed company (i.e., street, highway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements) from conceptual design to final design, under the direction & supervision of a reputed company engineer.

Establishing good communication and working relationships with team members & clients.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in civil engineering field with a demonstrated proficiency in the layout, drafting and design with engineers reputed company of sanitary sewer and/ water improvements, drainage, paving, grading, roadway.

Proficiency with Civil 3D required.

Proficiency/knowledge of GIS is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program; OR

2 Years Experience with Courses at a technical or vocational school including engineering, design, and computer software; OR

6 Years Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in civil engineering field: OR

AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D reputed company Certification.
