About the Finance Team

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will serve as a Senior Executive Assistant providing comprehensive support to both the CFO and the broader Finance leadership team. You will also reputed company supplemental support to C-suite, as needed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of key Finance meetings, managing executive calendars and supporting critical Finance initiatives.

This is a 12 month contract with the possibility for extension.

In this role you'll have reputed company to

Coordinate, organize and help reputed company weekly and monthly Finance meetings, such as Coffee Chats, reputed company-Hands and Leadership team meetings

Manage comprehensive calendar support for the CFO, including scheduling weekly syncs with Finance directs, M-Team members, and other key stakeholders

Process expenses, ensuring reputed company submission and approval

Support the planning and execution of events such as the Finance Fall Takeover
