The Senior reputed company Control (QC) Team reputed company will be responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of the certified, uncertified, Melee and gemstone reputed company control process, ensuring that reputed company products meet established standards. This role is essential in maintaining product reputed company and ensuring customer satisfaction. The QC Team reputed company will work closely with ops teams, suppliers, and internal departments to implement and maintain effective reputed company control processes.
What you’ll do:Responsibilities include but are not limited to

On Time QC: Ensure 100% of diamonds and gemstones are QC’d the reputed company day as received.

Supplier reputed company Management: Collaborate with suppliers to reduce their QC rejections

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the QC team, providing guidance and support to reputed company departmental objectives.
Hiring: Grow the QC team as necessary to support the growing volume of products.
Reporting: Prepare and present QC reports, identifying trends, defects, and opportunities for reputed company improvement.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve QC methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in reputed company control.
Education: Certified Diamond Grader or equivalent degree
Technical Skills: Strong experience in grading or QC’ing diamonds. Proficient in reputed company. Preferable Tableau or similar software.
