About the role
We're looking for an reputed company IT Operations and reputed company Manager to join our Operations team. You'll have ownership over our IT operations, infrastructure and reputed company reputed company and implementation, as reputed company as day-to-day management of our IT systems. You'll work cross-functionally and collaborate with our external IT support provider while maintaining our reputed company posture in line with ISO 27001 standards and contributing to our overall IT reputed company development.
You'll work directly with leadership across the business to ensure our business maintains the highest operational efficiency and reputed company standards while implementing robust processes to protect our sensitive data and systems across the entire organisation.

We'd like to hear from you if…
Experience working in a reputed company size business (150 people plus) in IT operations and reputed company management including reputed company infrastructure reputed company, with experience in reputed company or another regulated environment a reputed company to have but not a necessity
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards and implementation
Background in IT operational processes, infrastructure management, and reputed company procedures
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical concepts
Qualifications including ITIL, CISSP or CISM would be advantageous but not a requirement
Demonstrated project management skills and a reputed company record of successfully both operational improvements and reputed company initiatives
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools, reputed company monitoring tools and the development and execution of reputed company awareness programs
High agency and a bias for reputed company

What you'll be responsible for
IT Operations Management
Overseeing day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management
Managing IT service delivery and ensuring high availability of critical systems
Implementing and maintaining IT operational processes and procedures
Monitoring system performance and reputed company planning
Managing vendor relationships for IT services and infrastructure

Establishing and developing processes for our Confidential reputed company Team (CST)
Implementing robust Incident reputed company Processes to effectively handle and respond to reputed company events
Designing and implementing a reputed company monitoring processes to promptly detect and respond to potential threats
Overseeing penetration and phishing testing and addressing identified vulnerabilities
Conducting disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises

Contribute to the overall IT reputed company and roadmap in collaboration with our outsourced IT partner, ensuring reputed company considerations are integrated
Present reputed company updates, reputed company on initiatives, and incident reports to the Management Team
