About The Role
LibLab is looking for a Director of Engineering who will play a critical role for leading the engineering team in successfully delivering solutions to our customers. As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the overall engineering reputed company, roadmap, and design of our engineering efforts.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a hands-on software engineer as reputed company as with leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives. You’ll Be a Good Fit If you have
You have at least 10 years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in a high reputed company B2B reputed company company. That is, you've led managers of other managers.
You've scaled engineering teams to 70+ persons
You have experience in Developer tools companies
You have experience managing other managers and leading strategic company initiatives
Previous experience successfully leading and scaling teams of full stack engineers and engineering leaders
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a reputed company field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
