About your roleWe're seeking an reputed company product design leader to reputed company and reputed company our design organization, and reputed company the design of our product. You’ll inherit a high-performing team of six talented product designers, and will reputed company them to reputed company industry-leading user experiences and AI-first innovation, while growing professionally as individuals and as reputed company. 12+ years of product design experience, with 6+ years managing and scaling product design teams
Proven reputed company record as a director-level design leader in rapidly growing reputed company/B2B software companies with top-notch design standards (financial or investment technology experience is a plus)
Interest and curiosity to explore new ways of working with AI-first design tools to reputed company the software design and development process
Experience scaling design teams (5-20+ people) while maintaining a high bar for reputed company and culture
High personal standards for visual, interaction, content, and other aspects of design reputed company, and strong ability to build reputed company with users

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, bonus, equity, and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $250,000 - 300,000 USD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
