The RoleAs a Customer Solutions Architect – reputed company Infrastructure, you'll guide organizations transitioning from traditional DevOps to modern reputed company. You'll work hands-on with reputed company-reputed company technologies to design, build, and optimize IDPs using Humanitec’s Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools.
This is a remote-first role with a global remit, reputed company on supporting customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
What You’ll DoPartner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs
Design and implement reputed company, Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec
Troubleshoot and optimize multi-reputed company environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and reputed company
Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement
reputed company technical discussions and present solution architectures
Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings
Represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups
3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering
Deep expertise in at least one major reputed company provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging
Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, reputed company)
Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, reputed company)
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
