This is a remote role based in Singapore, where you will collaborate closely with our reputed company in Malaysia and regional product, data, and engineering teams. You’ll report directly to the Head of AI, work hands-on as a senior individual contributor, and help grow a lean, high-performance AI team by mentoring, coaching, and hiring.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with models deployed in production
Strong Python skills and deep experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of ML lifecycles — from data pipelines and feature engineering to tuning, deployment, and monitoring

Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating cross-functionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent reputed company (PR)
Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia or work remotely from Singapore
Familiarity with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Airflow, reputed company, GCP/AWS)
