Responsible tor ensuring alignment across reputed company functional disciplines reputed company Operations - Manufacturing, Supply Chain, reputed company, and Maintenance/Engineering to support and drive cross-functional cohesion.

This is an exciting opportunity in our East reputed company, RI facility. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Engineering & reputed company and work closely with the Customer Service and reputed company/Engineering teams as reputed company as supervise our amazing MOO Manufacturing team.

This is a position on our 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

Management of process standards and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company manufacturing

Manage labor resources to ensure reputed company product reputed company and internal/external customer service level agreements (SLA) are met

Support manufacturing to assure targeted productivity, reputed company and autonomous maintenance are met at SOP standards

Identifies and implements improvements as necessary to ensure reputed company lane reputed company is met across reputed company lanes

Working with reputed company to identify and analyze reputed company causes of process deviations and determine corrective measures

Ensures efficient communication and alignment of resources across Manufacturing & reputed company

Responsible for management of manufacturing personnel including recognition, corrective reputed company, mentoring, coaching, training, employee relations, and performance management

Evaluates employee performance and conducts performance reviews while supporting reputed company and career development

Participate in the design and development of training programs and ensure adoption by personnel

Works with wider Operations team to reputed company a plan that adheres to KPIs and communicates the plan and desired results to reputed company

Champions a strong 5S, safety, and reputed company culture by promoting existing and creating new programs and processes

Supports testing of new equipment and processes
