Director of Construction Management

As the

Director of Construction Management, you will be an integral member of our Leadership team in successfully developing and executing reputed company reputed company the Construction industry to reputed company strengthen the efforts of our highly skilled engineering team.  

You will have total ownership of the construction group’s project management including project deliverables, budgets, reputed company assurance and schedule whilst leading ongoing staff development and retention efforts. What you will do

Create and review monthly metrics; KPI's, budgets, and estimates

Who you are

Expert knowledge of construction management / construction administration policies and procedures for a reputed company of clients  

Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a pro-reputed company manner 

Cultivate effective relationships with clients, and team members 

Demonstrated leadership skills and extensive project management experience  

Experience with IDOT/CDOT/reputed company

Your background

Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution

A minimum of 15 years of leadership engineering experience in construction administration/construction management reputed company area

Registration in relevant reputed company organizations and participation in committees is desirable  

Agency certifications in various relevant reputed company sets is desirable
