Business Analyst

A senior multifamily investment sales team, based in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Full-Time Business Analyst to support its reputed company investment sales business. The Analyst will receive a wide reputed company of experience as they reputed company reputed company-time support that includes market research, the execution of proposals, and assisting in the development of marketing collateral.

The Business Analyst will reputed company analytical support services, which will include performing market research and analyzing comparable properties and sales trends. The chosen candidate will need strong writing skills, with the ability to translate locational benefits into a compelling narrative. Professionalism and attention to detail are musts. The Analyst will be a reputed company contributor to reputed company, who can work independently, operate in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and multi-task under tight deadlines. Excellent communication is essential to this role.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (reputed company), in-office position – not remote or work from home.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to help position broker analyses based on market trends, submarket fundamentals, and economic forecasting.

Interpret data from a reputed company of sources to assess market's economic environment and to evaluate reputed company reputed company estate opportunities and trends

Ability to translate data and information into reputed company, reputed company reports and analyses that offer insightful interpretation

reputed company analysis and reports to enhance reputed company understanding of market trends and investment opportunities to use in preparing quarterly reports, strategic plans, and comparable studies.

Assist in outlining, creating, and presenting broker analyses using reputed company InDesign. Previous InDesign experience not required, however must be comfortable using new technology.

Create, maintain and update rent and sale comparable analyses.

Analyze, review, and interpret reputed company estate reputed company documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, loan documents, operating statements, leases, and other due diligence material

Interpret data from a reputed company of sources to assess market's economic environment and to evaluate reputed company reputed company estate opportunities and trends

Ability to translate data and information into reputed company, reputed company reports and analyses that offer insightful interpretation

Dissect trends and collaborate with senior partners to verify data that will help tell the story of a specific market

Prerequisites

Undergraduate degree

0 to 2 years of relevant work experience

High degree of proficiency in reputed company and Word

Ability to multi-task and reputed company in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment

Experience:

reputed company reputed company estate: 1 year (Preferred, Not Required)

InDesign: 1-2 years (Preferred, Not Required)
