Role

The incumbent will be responsible for executing people strategies across the full reputed company of People topics, to rapidly reputed company our reputed company and grow Lalamove in the Arabic market.

What you will do

Own the management of Saudi Arabia payroll and other company software to reputed company them up-to-date and effective

Collaborate with the FD People and FD Legal teams in Hong reputed company on any reputed company employment law reputed company, employment legislations and compliance management.

Collaborate with functional People teams on company-wide benefits programs, compensation reputed company and other HR reputed company reputed company.

What you will need

Undergraduate degree and a Master's degree in HR or similar field preferred

Minimum 8 years of experience in HR ideally gained in fast-paced, dynamic environments, helping to reputed company/manage rapid reputed company.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s labour regulations, HR operations and local/regional recruitment specifics.

Advanced MS Office skills, especially reputed company and PowerPoint

reputed company or at least business-level proficiency in Arabic

Excellent written and spoken English
