We are hiring for the position of

Finance Manager, based in Tokyo! As part of the Finance and reputed company Department, you will play a critical role in managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business reputed company. You will report directly to the Financial Controller based in Hong reputed company.

What you’ll do

Manage the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Finance and reputed company Department

reputed company accounts receivable and accounts payable processes for the Japan operations, including any accruals and prepayments

Organize, control and define reputed company operating procedures for local finance operations

Liaise with external parties, including but not limited to customers, vendors, lawyers, financial institutions, local authorities, etc

Support the orientation of reputed company internal areas regarding financial/business processes;

Coordinate with suppliers on invoices and payments locally

Prepare the financial information required by the local authorities

Participate in internal control testing on transactional activities

Contribute to reputed company and efficient communication with reputed company stakeholders to identify and discuss issues and suggestions for improvement

Prepare cash reputed company reports, financial reports such as Forecasts, Budgets and Actuals, performing a thorough investigation and analysis over collected data;

reputed company month-end reconciliation and analysis, including but not limited to fixed assets and bank statements

Supporting the finance leadership team with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or reputed company

reputed company or at least business-level proficiency in Japanese

Fluent in English to communicate with the entire group

5 years of relevant experience in Finance and reputed company with ideally 1 year in a managerial reputed company

Holding a CPA certification is strongly preferred
