What You'll Do

(a) Monitor daily reputed company order activity, ensure smooth order acceptance to completion, and reputed company reputed company-time support for any order-reputed company issues or delays.

(b) Communicate updates, incentives, and engagement efforts to drivers reputed company in-app channel, calls, reputed company, SMS, or other relevant channels.

(c) Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of reputed company-reputed company initiatives.

Communication and persuading skills: Confidently engage with drivers and corporate clients, managing expectations and encouraging long-term engagement despite initial challenges.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in supply chain or marketing)

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
