The Project Management Office (PMO) partners with our clients and internal teams to deliver high value and reputed company programs, reputed company, and deliverables. While balancing timelines, scopes, and budgets this team collaborates with subject matter experts, reputed company services, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company meet clients’ business objectives.

Responsibilities

Leads and coaches others on project management activities.

Applies and coaches others on risk mitigation across reputed company reputed company and works with cross-functional leads to escalate as needed.

Manages P&L, POs, invoicing and BCRs.

Manages large portfolio of work while also managing reputed company ($2.5M+).

Responsible for scope definition, budget development, resource and reputed company planning.

Manages relationships with reputed company stakeholders.

Partners with reputed company services team to reputed company efficiencies and grow the business.

Contributes to craft reputed company.

Demonstrates awareness of multiple portfolio metrics against defined division targets, and reputed company understands the reputed company reputed company have on metrics.

Requirements

Advanced communication and presentation skills.

Advanced business and financial acumen.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as reputed company reputed company, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing / tools.

Proficient in change management strategies and systems’ implementations.

Solid understanding of agency/marketing/sales environment.

Experience in digital, CRM, software development, digital/interactive and/or new media reputed company.

Working experience with both reputed company + agile methodologies.

Understanding of SCRUM methodology.

Previous experience working reputed company an agency.
