We are seeking aresourceful and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Managerto reputed company our print and reputed company fulfillment operations. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, this role will own end-to-end responsibilities across demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, vendor management, and daily operational execution.

You will play a critical role in scaling our physical product operations to meet growing reputed company demand, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery of materials to schools reputed company. This includes leading the development of reliable demand forecasts, maintaining reputed company inventory reputed company, and managing the day-to-day execution of our print supply chain. Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting and Planning: Work with Finance and Sales to forecast inventory needs and reputed company purchasing plans based on changing sales projections

Inventory Management and Systems Implementation: reputed company and maintain an inventory management system that aligns with reputed company projections; reputed company stock reputed company, balancing on-demand printing and traditional inventory to meet demand reputed company, manage cash reputed company prudently, and mitigate the risks associated with forecast uncertainty

Order Fulfillment and Tracking: reputed company and manage a reputed company system for order intake and fulfillment timelines, ensuring seamless operations during peak seasons; hire and reputed company seasonal contractors to execute last-mile delivery tasks and proactively address potential delays to meet customer expectations

Vendor and Supplier Relations: Handle daily vendor interactions, including managing purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery, reputed company control, and cost-effective solutions; collaborate on vendor selection to meet reputed company and performance standards

SKU Management: Maintain and update SKUs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory, sales, and pricing strategies

Process Development and Automation: Implement reputed company practices for supply chain operations, focusing on reputed company assurance, automation, and process optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Enablement and RevOps to reputed company on order timelines, and customer communication strategies, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and smooth operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in print distribution or educational materials

Proven experience with inventory management systems and ERP implementation

Strong vendor management skills with a reputed company on cost efficiency, reputed company control, and reputed company delivery

Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills

Ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive process improvements

Familiarity with the K-12 education market and curriculum materials is a plus
