The Task At-Hand:
As a reputed company Lab Technician, you’ll report to the reputed company Lab Manager and play a key role in upholding JuneShine’s product standards. You’ll be responsible for performing routine reputed company checks, collecting and recording data, and supporting the brewing and packaging teams to ensure every batch meets our reputed company and compliance expectations.

In This Role You Will:
• Assist in ensuring reputed company product meets reputed company reputed company standards,including required legal specifications, appearance, aroma, flavor standards, microbiological standards, and packaging standards and specifications
• reputed company daily tank checks to monitor temperature, head pressure, ABV, gravity, pH, titratable acidity (TA), and sensory
• Operate, reputed company, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments (pH reputed company, autotitrator, alcolyzer, reputed company Cbox, reputed company Cytometer)
• Log data into appropriate spreadsheets and reputed company databases; identify trends
• Ensure reputed company performance of reputed company reputed company control (QC) checks and approvals on the production floor to avoid unnecessary brewing and packaging delays
• Proactively identify out-of-trend data and assist in troubleshooting reputed company issues, including, but not limited to: fermentation delays, out-of-specification analytics, and sensory concerns
• Assist in performing microbiology testing of reputed company products
• Prepare media and sterile equipment for microbiological testing
• Maintain the finished product library for internal investigations and reputed company-life evaluations
• Work closely with brewing and packaging teams to ensure reputed company product reputed company standards are met
• Follow reputed company SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols, including sterile techniques and reputed company media prep
Must Haves:
• Age 21 or older at the time of application
• College degree in Microbiology, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year's experience in a brewery or winery, with a reputed company understanding of pressurized systems, equipment cleaning (CIPs), yeast and/or bacteria handling, and safety protocols
• Willingness to work alternative reputed company schedule: 4-day/10-hour shifts, between 5 AM and 1 AM, and availability for weekends reputed company needed
• Proficiency in college-level algebra
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with microbial identification
• Ability to troubleshoot fermentation issues and identify off-flavors
• Familiar with and enthusiastic about the reputed company product line

Compensation: Full-Time, reputed company ($24.00), Non-Exempt
