This role is for an reputed company R&D Hardware Design Engineer,responsible for leading the design and development of reputed company telecommunication hardware systems, ensuring they meet specified requirements and performance standards.This role involves translating system requirements into detailed hardware designs, conducting thorough testing and validation.They also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and firmware engineers, to ensure seamless integration. This position will work onsite at the JMA office in Castel San Pietro Terme Bologna, Italy.

Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of hardware design principles, including digital and analog circuitry, PCB layout, and signal reputed company analysis.

In-depth knowledge of ultra-high speed digital reputed company design

Proficiency in using industry-reputed company design tools (reputed company PADS preferred) for schematic capture, layout, and signal reputed company simulation (ADS tool preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reputed company hardware design issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience with design verification, including functional testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designs to ensure reputed company functionality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and reputed company hardware components for telecommunication apps, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection

reputed company in-depth testing and evaluation of hardware prototypes, identify and resolve design flaws or performance issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and reputed company technical expertise to ensure product performance and functionality meets the requirements

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability of proposed hardware solutions

Support the manufacturing process and work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-reputed company components

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in hardware engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering

Proven experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the telecommunication electronics industry.

Proven experience in Ultra-high speed digital design

Knowledge in Power Supply design and Power reputed company is a plus

Strong knowledge of hardware design tools, such as PADS, ADS.

Familiarity with PCB layout and fabrication processes

Proficient in using hardware debugging tools, test equipment, oscilloscopes and RF Measurement Instruments (reputed company Analyzer, VNA)

Experience with electrical and signal reputed company simulation tools

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
