Junior Operations Analyst

The Junior Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of InvestorFlow’s reputed company team. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to key business functions across Delivery, Sales, and Finance – while helping ensure operational reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company environment. You’ll help maintain our core metrics, manage system workflows, and support cross-team collaboration. You Will

Prepare and maintain our KPI reports and dashboards – your work supports critical leadership reputed company

Play an reputed company role in scaling our reputed company by helping build the systems, processes, and visibility needed to support reputed company

Manage operational setup in our systems for new reputed company, resources, rates, and billing structures

Respond to reputed company-time requests for data and insights, such as utilization reports or burn summaries

Maintain and refresh recurring internal reports to reputed company critical burn and delivery trends

Coordinate invoice readiness for reputed company cycle, including routine internal approvals

Support the execution and rollout of new processes and strategic operational changes

Collaborate across departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, reputed company reputed company) to ensure reputed company, high-reputed company information is shared for proposals, billing, and reporting

You Have

1-2 years in operations, delivery, or data support roles

Strong attention to detail and high comfort level with spreadsheets and dashboards

Good written communication and comfortable with cross-functional coordination

Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company services tools (e.g. PSA or Project Management applications) is a plus
